1. Graduated from recognized colleges/universities, as local or overseas.
2. Licensed by Bapepam-LK as Broker Dealer is preferred but not a must.
3. Fluent in English for both oral and written.
4. Nice personality and willing to work hard.
5. Experience within the same field is an advantage.
