Business Analyst IT
Qualifications :
Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university
Minimum 4 (four) years experience in Consumer Finance Products (Bankcard, Personal Loan, Mortgage, Banking)
Excellent computer literacy
Ability to define a clear problem statement, goal statement, scoping and impact analysis
Fast Leaner and assertive
Detail oriented
High proficiency in English
Possessed High Integrity Value
Able to work under pressure
Responsibilities :
Understand Business Strategy and able to translate into detailed functional specification to be developed by system analyst
Design the test method to ensure the new system enhancement meet with the business strategy
Develop and implement comprehensive test plans
Establish effective communication on comprehensive business solution
Responsible for project initiation, execution and completion within functional areas
Manage multi project implementation to be compiled with IT SOX404, GE Policy, Government Policy and IT Road map process
Supervise IT Team in executing the detailed IT implementation and support activities for business application
Monitor UAT Team members work quality and accuracy
