BUSINESS MANAGER
Requirements:
Demonstrate a True Leader with rock solid integrity & commitment, not a seasoning follower
Have “Can-Do†Mentality, Business Mind-Set and Result Oriented is a must
Able to select his/her own WINNING TEAM
Strong Self-Mastery Skills, Strong Action Skills and Strong Relationship Skills
Preferably in Financial industry/banking/life insurance and direct sales force
Work Experience: At Least 2 years experience on leading your own TEAM (Have success story to tell)
Age: 28 – 45 years old
Work not because of financial security reason, but for FINANCIAL FREEDOM with us.

Report directly to Agency Director
Able to recruit, select and lead the best 30 Financial Consultants in his/her winning team
Able to crunch number in production targets and welcome challenge
Your Top Priority is to FINISH STRONG every months with your WINNING TEAM
