Strategic Management Officer, code SMO
The incumbent will responsible to assist and facilitate a strategic discussion in our board management activities that related to Balance Scorecard and other performance measurement, to make sure that our company goes to the right direction.
You should have min 3 years experience in developing Balance Scorecard and other performance measurement. Confident person with great analytical thinking, business sense and ability to make a decision are preferably. It would be an advantage if you hold a master degree ( MM ) from marketing, finance or related area.
Regional Analyst, code RA
The incumbent will support our operation, with preparing the data, analyzing our operation’s performance and being able to facilitate operation strategic discussion.
You should literate in analyzing data. Supporting with good business sense and analytical thinking, you should come up with meaningful suggestion. Master degree ( MM ) from marketing or finance with marketing interest will be an advantage.
Fleet Account Officer, code FAO
The incumbent will responsible for maintaining and creating corporate new account in order to achieve both individual and team target. As our liaison you have to understand the needs of customers and develop a proportion that they will regard as offering superior value.
You should have min 2 years experiences in corporate sales of marketing in the area of banking or financial services, having great network, great drive to achieve target, able to work a long with individual as well as team target, literate in English ( and mandarin as an advantage ). To maximize your role, you should understand about corporate financial analysis either. Graduate degree from Financial and experience as corporate account officer are preferred.
Fleet Credit Analyst, code FCA
The incumbent will manage the acquisition function within the Corporate Account according to company’s policies and procedures, while providing the best service to our corporate customers and dealers. The majority of the applications will be within their delegated authority to take a decision.
You should have min 2 years experiences as Credit Analyst, especially in corporate area. Critical thinking and deep analysis are necessary, as well as the intention to serve others. Graduate degree from financial background who literate in analyzing corporate account are preferred.
Retail Account Officer, code RAO
The incumbent will responsible to achieve individual target, by developing and maintaining relationship with dealers/ customers and creating a competitive advantage.
You should have min undergraduate degree ( D3) with 2 years experience as Sales Officer in related business ( financial ) and age under 28 years old. Great communication, high achiever to chase the target, fast learner, having a motorcycle, a license ( A/ C ) and an understanding about Jabodetabek area are necessary.
