Qualifications :
Bachelor Degree from reputable institutions
Minimum 5 (five) years experience in Database, MIS and analytical area
Minimum 5 (five) years experience in related field (Consumer Finance / Banking)
Have advance knowledge in SAS System, data warehouse & Oracle
Have advance MIS skills
Have vast experience in segmentation and analyzing customer behaviors
Have knowledge / experience in scoring, financial & risk management
Own strong combination of technical, statistical, analytical and interpersonal skills
Able to work in fast – changing environment, high pressure & tight time line relentlessly with passion, persistence and perseverance
Good leadership and Team player
Result oriented with strong personal drive
A self starter with high quality concern & customer satisfaction oriented
English proficiency in writing and speaking
Experienced in customer data segmentation using SAS
Experienced in performing analysis for marketing program
Responsibilities :
To manage all CRM campaign database and routine / campaign data for all products
To ensure that all data is accurate, in accordance with the definition and selection criteria
To manage all CRM portfolio and MIS reporting
To analyze CRM campaign monitoring
To create CRM strategies based on data analytics
To analyze customer data and its behavior
To make data modeling, prediction model and profitability model
To develop & implement Score card
To maintain and continuously improve CRM system (Data warehouse, SAS system, CRM data mart, GCMS, CARE, TMS and CRM Web reporting)
To ensure data integration and data integrity in CRM system
To manage day by day, weekly and monthly CRM database
To support system enhancement
Work together with Global CRM team to enhance CRM system and CRM new system / model implementation
