Business Development Team Member
Role :
Under the direct supervision of the General Manager, the candidates performs the following duties :
? The inclumbent will establish good working relationship with new and existing customers as well as important business partners.
? Plan, control and direct activities of business development force to secure maximum sales volume and profit target.
? Calling and visiting on potential customers to demonstrate and to promote company’s products and attempt to win new markets.
? Seeks and reports information about market perceptions of company’s product and services to management.
? Maintaining loyalty from existing customers, developing and fostering contacts with customers.
General Requirements :
? Male or female min 24 years old.
? Bachelor’s degree from reputable university majoring in Business / Economic or a related field with min IPK 3.00.
? Having at least 1 year experience in the same field at managerial skill and 1 year in asset management, private banks or custody operations is a plus.
? Fluent in English both written and spoken, Mandarin would be a great advantage, and excellent in computer skill is a must.
Special Requirements :
? Ready to transfer knowledge by training.
? Able to perform under pressure.
? Have strong personality, tough, strict, energies, good looking and an attractive.
? Excellent interpersonal and communication skill, ability to analyze and solve problem.
? Must be a team player, committed to working in a quality environment.
? Sound supervisory experience in all major of management.
? Demonstrate ability to make effective presentations, leadership and organizational skills.
? Able to manage as well as deal with clients and others at all levels.
