Officer Development Program ( ODP )
The ODP is designed to shape high potential candidates to become our champion Financial Lease Marketing Officers. Selected candidates will join our comprehensive six-month Officer Development Program To be trained in all financial lease aspects.
General Qualifications :
· S1 or S2 graduate from reputable universities ( fresh or having 1 –2 years of meaningful work experience ) minimum GPA of 2.75 ( out of 4.00 )
· Maximum age 28 years old
· Computer literate
· Dynamic personality, achievement driven
· Previous involvement in organizational activities will be positively regarded
· Enjoy active collaboration with diverse group of people
· Willing and ready to be assigned in our branches throughout Indonesia
