- Male, maximum 30 years old
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in similar position at Chinese Restaurant
- Strength in Oriental/ Chinese Cooking skill, and Western knowledge
- Strong leadership skill, team player, able to train the staffs
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to work in Public Holiday
- Pleasant personality
- Good communication in English, oral & written
