Canteen Operation Superintendent Based in Jakarta
Principal Accountabilities
Responsible to ensure production and delivery of food and related service efficiently in line with high quality standard to ensure the achievement of company objectives and exceed high standard of consumer satisfaction
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
* Ensure day to day operation (menu printing & star rating accordingly; swipe card administration; bank report; food presentation; food availability; daily cost)
* Preparing month end report
* Ordering weekly / monthly goods
* Liaising with clients and meet on weekly basis
* Preparing and organizing all events beside canteen operation
Required Education & Experience
- Indonesian, Male / Female, aged 32 - 36. Education: D- 3 Hotel and Tourism Management from reputable Institution such as NHI Bandung / other recognized Institute majored in Food and Beverage Management.
- Solid experience in F & B operation with international catering company or hotels/ restaurants. Good knowledge about Foods safety & Food hygiene.
- Hands-on on all aspects of foods operation.
- The successful candidates must have elegance & strong personality, strong leadership skill, organization skills and proven experience and knowledge of foods and costing.
- Passionate about foods operation, good attention to details and be proactive to handle our demanding & unique clients.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English is essential and a pre-requisite.
