Our client, MNC Baby Food is seeking several positions with requirements as follows:

Corporate Affairs Manager

The incumbent will be reporting to Corporate Communication Manager

Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement CSR program
-Maintain relationship with stakeholders i.e community, employee
-Manage donation activities
-Monitor and maintain corporate social
-Etc.

Qualification:
-S1 degree in Communication or Public Relations or any, depend on experience
-Minimum of 4 years related working experience, overall working experience minimum of 8 years
-Good communication skill both in English and Indonesia

Product Manager - medical
The incumbent will be reporting to Marketing Manager – medical

Responsibilities:
-Monitor medical product activities in market
-Create promotion strategy to Health Care Professional
-Coordinate partnership program with medical recommender
-Monitor competitors’ activities
-Etc.

Qualification:
-S1 degree in any major
-Minimum of 4 years related working experience, overall working experience minimum of 6 years
-Good communication skill both in English and Indonesia
-Excellent negotiation and presentation skills are required

Corporate Training Manager
The incumbent will be reporting to Management Organization Development Manager.

Responsibilities:

-Identify training needs;
-Prepare annual training calendar;
-Ensure the implementation of the training program and the development
-Maintain and update training database
-Prepare report on training program
-Create development program for internal trainers

Qualification:
-S1 degree in any major
-Minimum of 4 years related working experience, overall working experience minimum of 8 years.

Marketing Support Manager

The incumbent will be reporting to Marketing Director

Responsibilities
-Monitor programs implementations
-Prepare and monitor events’ needs
-Monitor and liaise with external and internal communications; pediatric magazine, bulletin, bulletin board,
-etc.

Qualification:
-S1 degree in any major
-Minimum of 5 years related working experience
-Good negotiation skills
