We are an international Franchise Mid-Casual Dine-in Restaurant is looking to integrity and committed candidate join to our Support Center Office as :

Real Estate Officer ( REO )
Qualification :
Have a good university degree ( overseas graduate are encourage to apply )
Min 3 – 5 years working experience in commercial shopping center real estate or property consultant or multinational fast food retail.
Familiar with Legal contract
Have a good public relation, like challenges and proactive
Willing to do extensive traveling
Preferable background in property business ( real estate )
Excellent computer skill ( word, excel, power point, etc )

Project Leader ( PL )
Qualification :
S1 Architect / Civil with min 3 years experiences in interior / Civil works
Preferable from Top Interior Contracting or Franchise Restaurant firms
Knowledgeable in Microsoft ( MS Office-Project )

Architect ( AR )
Qualification :
S1 Architect / Civil with min 3 years experiences in Interior / Civil works.
Preferable from Top Interior Contracting or Franchise Restaurant firms.
Good in Autocad, 3D max, knowledge in Corel, Photoshop
Can make design presentation

Estimator ( ES )
Qualification :
S1 Architect / Civil with min 3 years experiences in Interior contractor firm as Project Estimator and QC.
Knowledgeable in Autocad, Microsoft ( MS Office-Project )

Kitchen Equipment Support ( KES )
Qualification :
S1 graduate in Mechanical / Electro with experience min 2 years
Preferable experiences in inventory parts machine and tracking system as well as purchase procedure
A good analytical skills, mature and positive attitude.
Ready works in long hours and weekend

Senior Tax Officer ( STO )
Qualification :
S1 graduated in Accounting / Taxation with experience min 2 years in Tax Consultant / multinational company.
Knowledgeable of Indonesia Tax Laws & Regulations is a must
Tax Brevet A or B is an advantage

General Requirement :
Excellent Communication and presentation skills
Fluent in English both oral and written
Age between 23 – 30 years ( KES ), 25 – 36 ( PL, AR, ES, REO )
Mature professional with strong initiative and good work attitude.
Well organized, fast, efficient and creative.
High integrity, risk focus and attention to detail
Able to work under pressure, minimum supervision and tight schedule
Full independent with pleasant personality, well organized and integrity
Male / Female ( ES, AR, REO, STO), Male (PL)
Resident in Jabotabek area is preferable ( PL, AR, ES )
