We are group of companies in the field of food and beverage industry with strong brands (Garuda Peanuts, Okky Jelly, Gery Biscuit) and integrated consumer goods distributor (Sinar Niaga Sejahtera). Due to the rapid growth of the business we invite professionals to fill in the following positions:
PERSONNEL MANAGER
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree, Max Age 35 years old
- Experiences in HR Management min. 7 years, with 2 years in managerial position.
- Familiar with HR Information System, especially with HRIS software
- Understand manpower regulations
- Persistent, commitment, and used to work in detail
SUPERVISOR COMPENSATION & BENEFIT
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree, especially in Natural Science, Engineering, Finance/Accounting, Management
- GPA min. 2.85
- Age Max 32
- Experience in Compensation & Benefit min. 4 years
- Understanding Compensation & Benefit in concept and practice
Supervisor Industrial Relation
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree from Law/Psychology (min GPA 3.00)
- Good Communication & Interpersonal Skill
- Having 1-2 Years Experience in event organizer/NGO/Company
- Excellent Conceptual thinking
Supervisor HR
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Any major Preferable from Psychology/Economics/Law (min GPA 3.00)
- Min. 2 years experience in HR area
- Have an excellent communication and good relation
- Able to start working in under pressure condition.
Recruitment & Career Management Staff
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree from Psychology (min GPA 3.00), freshgraduated are welcome
- Preferable Male and have an experiences in Psychological test/Assessment
- Have an excellent communication and good relation
- Fast Learner and Good in adaptable
- Able to start working in under pressure condition.
