A group of major player company in supplying the food service industry, seeking an excellent, talented candidates in B2B and food service Industry to join as :
Regional Sales Manager
(Jakarta, Semarang, Medan)
Responsibilities:
-Expand and Develop the market coverage and sales
-Support our existing distributor and drive them actively to increase our market share in this field.
-Develop / maintain distribution channel with support on products and marketing.
-Research for the market information, i.e. prices, market size, volume and opportunities and report to the management regularly.
-To create, develop and maintain the professional image of the company at all times.
-To carry out from time to time extra duties as may be requested by the management.
-He/she will be responsible to The Sales Manager.
Requirements:
-Hold Degree from Marketing Management, Food Technology, or Chemical knowledge.
-Having experience working in the Food Ingredient industry and high knowledge of the food manufacturing process would be a benefit.
-Minimum age 28 years old.
-The qualified candidate must have a great understanding of sales & distribution.
-Fluent in English communication, reading and writing.
-Result-oriented and capable of working independently.
-Mature, committed and dynamic with excellence analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
-Computer literacy.
-Willing to travel, frequently outdoor visit to customers is required.
