Sales Promotion Girl (SPG) Support Manager
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
* Report to Sales Recruitment and Training Manager
* Supervise SPG Supervisors in developing SPGs and sales forces, so that they are able to achieve sales target and satisfy customers
* Manage HR functions for the SPGs and sales forces (e.g. Reward Management, Performance Evaluation, Coaching)
* Frequrent travelling is required
Requirements:
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* English is a must
* S1 degree
* Experience in managing SPGs and sales forces
* Strong in HR management
