INSTITUTION BUSINESS MANAGER (IBM)
Familiar in dealing with government institutions related to pharmaceutical and medical devices business and experiences in tender management
TRAINING AND RECRUITMENT EXECUTIVE (TRE)
Mastering identification, analyzing, and developing the training needs, designing, training program and training module, training evaluation and delivering training itself, ensuring all training & HR administration complies with company policies. Manage and coordinating recruitment process for all employees level as well. The incumbent must Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Having certifications from Training Consultant is preferably
WAREHOUSE EXECUTIVE (WE)
To responsible product allocation strategy, product circulation (FIFO) and develop and monitoring proper warehouse SOPs. In addition, eliminating differences of stock with systemized warehouse administration
SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE (SCME)
To manage the supply of stock in the most optimum and efficient ways in accordance with forecast and/or demands by coordinating with suppliers and manage the distribution to customers. The incumbent would be preferable experiences in pharmaceutical/consumer products/retail industry
CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE (CSE)
To support sales and marketing team in dealing with customers, start from preparing quotation /tender documentation until invoicing. The incumbent must think and act in the principles of customer service excellence.
General Requirements:
-Posses min Bachelor Degree from reputable university
-Must have 5 years exp in similar position preferably from medical device or pharmaceutical company
-Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
-Willingness to learn, innovative and result oriented person and strong in leadership
-Excellent command of spoken and written English
-Computer literate
-Willing to travel through Indonesia (IBM & TRE)
