Compliance Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Purpose and Scope of Job:
To ensure the adequacy and effectiveness of the risk assessment/management and the control framework including the adequacy, effectiveness and relevance of internal controls
To ensure compliance with policies including the Code of Conduct; Sales & Marketing Practice, etc.
To ensure compliance with external industry and regulatory bodies including the Pharmaceutical Laws & Regulations, and other local laws and regulations;
To ensure the reliability and integrity of financial reporting system and accuracy and fairness of the financial statements and other reports as may be required in connection with the Sarbanes-Oxley and Turnbull requirements
Requirements:
Majored in Finance, Accounting, Legal or Business Administration
CPA-licensed practitioner preferred with 6 years experience in accounting firms
Preferred experiences in finance, accounting, audit, risk management or quality control functions in a consulting or from multi-national companies
Good comprehension of English in areas of speaking and writing.
Good at interpersonal communication with capability of coordination
Hard-working attitude with rigor and resilience
