MARKETING MANAGER
Job desc : The marketing manager reports directly to the general manager even if his main day to day “Customer” shall be the Sales Manager.
He manages a team of product specialists to support the company sales teams with :
- Marketing documents: brochures, price lists, installed based data, medical papers and other supporting arguments
- day to day expert assistance : presentation, demo or joint visit
- long term marketing strategy : road show, promotion campaign, exhibition
- Sales and users training
- Market analysis and strategy : competitive review, price strategy, targets and reporting
Qualification :
- Male / Female, max : 35 yaers old
- Graduated S1 biomedical engineering / medical doctor / pharmacist
- Proven experience 5 years in the marketing of medical / pharmacy products
- Marketing Charisma + real medical knowledge – able to identify and to present the main sales arguments of any given medical item
(excellent presentation skills)
- Strong leadership
- ability to develop its subordinates
- ability to be a team player within the management team
- English + Computer proficient
EXECUTIVE SECRETARY
Job Desc : Executive Secretary reports directly to the manager even if her main day to day activities shall be the HR/GA Manager
Qualification :
- Female, age max : 32 years old
- Graduated D3 Tarakanita Secretarial College
- Proven experience 5 years in executive level
- Strong leadership
- ability to develop its subordinates
- ability to be a team player within the management team
- English + Computer proficient
- French language will be advantageous
