Architect/Drafter
Requirements
1. Possess at least a Bachelor’s in architecture with minimum 2 years strong and relevant experience in architecting project
2. Solid knowledge in project management
3. Highly motivates person and target oriented
4. Prior experience in the development of project concept
5. Open minded, high integrity, and highly energetic
6. Able to coordinate various project elements
7. Be able work in a tight deadline, eager to deal with challenges
8. Posses a good command in English and in computer application : AutoCAD, 3D software is a must
9. Ability to analyze current architecture for hotel project
Familiar with develop target architecture and recommended roadmap for implementing the project target architecture
