I should start by saying that I have been an international traveler for over 15 years now and that this is the first time I have ever felt compelled to write such a recommendation. I am currently a regional manager for the oil & gas service company, Weatherford International.

Due to the nature of the industry that I am employed, extensive travel and hotel living is quite regular. I would estimate that I spend approximately 100 days per year in hotels across the world. I would typically stay in 4 & 5 star hotels and have even had the pleasure of staying in the Burj Al Arab hotel, Dubai.

I feel that with my frequent hotel visits that I am well qualified to give this reference. I have recently been staying in the Novotel hotel, Balikpapan-Indonesia. In this time I have noticed an individual who stands out above all the other hotel staff.

Yuliasman is without a doubt one of the most professional hotel supervisors I have come across in all my years of frequenting hotels. Moreover his personality is very friendly and not over the top. It is clear that his previous international assignments have given him an extra ordinary awareness of customer service.
