Our client, a boutique hotel in Ubud needs :

Sous Chef
- Previous experience as Sous Chef or CDP
- Previous experience in 5 star hotel / boutique hotel or upscale restaurant
- Eager to learn, motivated, enthusiastic, flexible, able to work independently
- Very interesting salary package including transport allowance, jamsostek for entire family, meals, service charge, 13 months pay

F/O Manager
- Previous experience as F/O Manager, Assistant F/O Mngr or F/O Supervisor
- Previous experience in boutique hotel / villa complex / deluxe hotel
- Previous experience in reservations, revenue management, contact w guests
- Eager to learn, motivated, flexible, hands-on, able to work independently
- Training skills, leads by example
- Great personality, likes to talk to guests, open, elegant
- Good level of spoken English, knowledge of Japanese big advantage
- Very interesting salary package including transport allowance, jamsostek for entire family, meals, service charge, 13 months pay
