General Manager Hotel
(Bogor-West Java)
Responsibilities:
- Build and develop resources to drive business growth.
- Directing and monitoring of all hotel operations performance through a team of Managers dan Team Leaders.
- Maximising both sales and bottom line through good marketing and sales.
- Ensuring that security measures and procedures are in place at all time.
- Get employees involvement and ensure good and proper communication within the organization.
- Ensure that safe and healthy working practices are implemented at all times
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree / Post Graduate
- Min 5 year(s) experience at GM or deputy GM level to operate and manage the Hotel on a day to day basis accountable for the day to day operation.
- Preferably Senior Management/General Manager specializing in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent. Job role in Hotel Manager or equivalent.
- Inspire, passion and motivative employees to perform well.
- Age min. 35 years old
- Highly motivated with strong leadership and communication skills.
- Work location in Bogor
