We are a small boutique resort in Ubud, Bali .
We urgently need a qualified person to fill the vacancy of General Manager for the resort, with the following requirements:
- Good English oral and written, good communication and interpersonal skill
- Highly motivated, good strategic and leadership, have developed strong written and oral communication skills
- Having analytical, problem solving skill, excellent motivator, ability to manage, coordinate and facilitate a team to ensure efficiency, reliability and effectiveness
- Preferably experienced in hotel industry for minimum 5 years with the last position as Senior Management / General Manager
- Graduates from a recognized academic hotel or university (S1)
- Having experienced to increase sales & marketing for rooms/FB in hotel industry
- Playing a major role in strategic planning, formulating business plans, controlling promotions and budget planning
- Achieving reasonable sales targets with overall P&L responsibility
