Grand Zuri Hotels Group, a fast growing national chain plus hotel which just open a new Grand Zuri
Hotel Jababeka in March 2010 is now looking for a potential candidate to join with the group to fill a
position of: FOOD & BEVERAGE SERVICE MANAGER
With the following requirements:
1. Min. 2 years of experience at the same field at chain hotel.
2. Having strong F&B practical knowledge and application to the business.
3. Having good delegation and empowerment skills.
4. Work independently and within team environment.
5. Strong communication skills – social skills with guests and colleagues.
6. Having analytical and strong statistical skills
7. Having F&B Knowledge with high level of creativity and good management skills
