-Min 2 years o exp in a 5 star hotel
-Familiar with hotel property management system
-Passionate in attending to guests needs and concerns
-Possess excellent leadership and train the Trainer Certified.
TECHNICAL SERVICE MANAGER
-Min 2 years of exp in a 5 star hotel
-Technically competence in building and rooms maintenance systems
-Experienced in working with property that highly in eco friendly and proven contributions in saving the planet
-Experienced in handling heavy duty chillers, gas supplied , kitchen equipments, centralized air conditioner
-Possess excellent leadership and train the trainer certified.
TRAINING MANAGER
-Min 2 years of exp in a similar position
-Train the Trainer Certified
-Experienced in conducting training need analysis, particularly hotel skills related
-Able to design training materials and modules
-Fluent in English
-Possess inspiring leadership skills and possess an extrovert personality and good public speaking skills
BOOKING MANAGER
-Min 2 years of exp in a 5 star hotel
-Familiar with property management system
-High level of English for Business Correspondence skills
-Possess excellent leadership and Train the Trainer Certified.
ASST MANAGER FRONT OFFICE
-Min 2 years of exp in a 4 star hotel
-High level of English for Business Correspondence skills
-Highly experienced with Fidelio and front office operations
-Possess excellent leadership and train the Trainer Certified
ASST MARKETING MANAGER (SOCIAL MEDIA)
-Google Certified and basic programming knowledge
-Well versed in social media marketing tools
