- Excellent knowledge of current international culinary trends.
- Strong knowledge of culinary financials
- Well versed in safety & hygiene programs.

Assistant Pastry Chef

- Extensive experience in Multi – Outlet operations.
- Strong knowledge of current international, Pastry and Bakery trends.
- Well versed in safety & hygiene programs.

Bar Manager

- Well versed in service standards and beverage trends
- Good leader, strong management and training skills
- Strong background in Bar operations

Banquet Manager

- Outgoing personality, creative with good guest contact skills
- Well versed in training with good leadership qualities
- Strong background in Banquet operations

Assistant Manager – Front Office

- Guest satisfaction focused
- Knowledge of Fidelio Computer System
- Proven leadership ability

Candidates must have minimum 2 years in similar position, Possess good English and communication skills.

Candidates must be highly motivated and flexible with a positive spirit and attitude.
