* Male
* Hold min S1 degree from reputable university majoring in Psychology or Law
* Having minimum 5 years experience as HRD Manager
* Familiar with Hotel Standard Operation Procedure and Indonesian Labour Law
* Able to conduct a qualified training in human resources
* Possess strong managerial and leadership skill, assertive and having good interpersonal skill
* Fluent in English and Computer literate
