OPEN VACANCY ON 2008 ? URGENTLY FOR 5 * DELUXE RESORT IN INDIAN OCEAN AREAS
We have a vacancy for 4 hotels which is the 5 star luxury deluxe Resort in Indian Oceans (nearly from SOUTH AFRICA ) which is on par with Shangri-la, Ritz Carlton etc.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
1. EXECUTIVE HOUSE KEEPER (MALE & FEMALE)
2. EXECUTIVE CHEF (WESTERN & ASIAN CUISINE)
3. CHEF DE CUISINE (SEAFOOD & MEDITERANEAN CUISINE)
3. SOUS CHEF (WESTERN & ASIAN CUISINE)
4. CHEF DE PARTY (WESTERN & ASIAN CUISINE)
5. DEMI CHEF (WESTERN & ASIAN CUISINE)
6. COMMIS 1 & 2 (WESTERN & ASIAN CUISINE)
7. GUEST RELATION OFFICE (FEMALE)
8. RECEPTIONIST (FEMALE)
9. WAITER & WAITRESS (MALE & FEMALE)
10. BARMAID (MALE & FEMALE)
QUALIFICATION:
1. Age minimum 22 years and maximum 40 years (only for the management level)
2. Must be have experiences in the 5 stars hotel ? local or overseas
3. Age max 30 years old
4. Experiences 2 or 3 years old in the 5 stars hotel
5. Good English and Good Performance & friendly
6. Hard Working and have the responsibility for the job.
7. Good Motivation and career oriented
8. Dynamic and low profile for the team work.
BENEFITS FROM THE HOTEL COMPANY:
1. Salary + a guaranteed service charge of USD
2. The contract period will be for 2 years, renewable on mutual consent.

4. Meals, accommodation, transportation, health & working insurance provided by hotel
