RESORT MANAGER

Purpose:
To plan implementation strategy for the all company policies to be implemented optimally.
To monitor implementation of policy and company strategy and ensure that the implementation is running optimally.
To control and evaluate strategy implementation to obtain strategic iput an ideas for the next years policy.
To evaluate and analyse company strategy implementation result and solve the raised problems.
To guide the department to implement company strategy.

6. Revenue
7.Sales turn over
8.Asset management
9.Office facilities analysis

Job Description:
- To determine policy strategy monthly and yearly
- To solve problem in corporate policy implementation.
- To determine all matters for daily stategic

Qualification:
1.Age max: 45 years old
2.Education: Min Bachelor degree in Business Manegement, Marketing or Finance Management
3.Experience: Min 5 years as senior manager in business developmen or marketing or accounting & finance from hospitality industry.
4.Communication, Presentation, marketing, financial, business development and general managements.
5.Products: Product Knowledge and wide market knowledge
