A member of Pan Pacific Hotel Group is looking for a dynamic member for its Management Team:

DIRECTOR OF HUMAN CAPITAL & DEVELOPMENT
He or she will responsible to set strategies and develop policies, standards, systems, and processes that implement these strategies in a whole range of areas.

Potential candidates will need to show evidence of the following:
· A Master Degree in Psychology/Law/Management (S2) or Bachelor (S1) degree with related professional training.
· At least 8 years experience in Human Capital & Development / Resources Management.
· Strong knowledge of the Indonesian labor laws.
· Above average oral and written communication skills.
· Broad knowledge and experience in compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, and training and development.
· Demonstrated ability to lead and develop Human Capital & Development staff members.
· Experience in the administration of benefits and compensation programs and other Human Capital & Development programs.
