PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (Code: PDM)
Requirements:
· Male / Female minimum of age 30 years old
· Bachelor?s Degree in Human Resources Management/Psychology/ Business Administration/Degree in Social Sciences. Master?s Degree in Human Resources Management is an advantage
· At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
· In-depth knowledge and practical experience in Human Resources Development, Competency Assessment and Job Analysis
· Having good business acumen in support unit and organizational goals
· Good leadership and interpersonal skills
· Good communication and presentation skills
· Proficiency in English language both in verbal and written communication
· Ability to use MS Windows and MS Office
· Ability to work independently or in a team
· Prefer having experience in insurance/banking/financial institution
