- Having minimum 5 years experience as a Trainer from Insurance or Banking Industry
- Having experience in formulate training modules
- Having experience in conduct training
- Excellent in communication & presentation skills
- Excellent in interpersonal & human relation skills
- Well appearance
- Active in English, both verbal & written
