Accounting and Finance Director
Selection criteria: M/F 35-45 y.o, Min Bachelor/Master Degree in Fin & Acc, Min 15 yrs exp with min 5 yrs in oil industry & 5 yrs in top accounting company. Demosntrable understanding of Accounting & Finance for Reports to Banks & Tax, Certified CFA preferable, proficient in both written and oral English. Profound understanding of Production Sharing Contracts (PSC), Production Sharing Agreements (PSA) & Joint Operations Agreements (JOA), Deep understanding of International Oil and Gas Acc standards together with familiarity in all exploration and exploitation program. Has current statutory accounting knowledge. Highly competent in using computer/accounting software.
Head of Legal Department (in house Lawyer)
Selection criteria: M/F 35 to 45 y.o, Min Bachelor/Master Degree in Law. Min 10 yrs exp in Corporate Legal Department & reputable Law Firm, Competency in using various Computer and Software. Knowledgeable with BP Migas’s policy and Production Sharing Contract (PSC),Production Sharing Agreements (PSA) and Joint Operation Agreements (JOA), Strong management skills, proficient in both written and oral English competency in handling detailed legal documents, contracts, agreements & negotiations.
