All candidates must have
- A law degree (Sarjana Hukum) from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 2,75 (out of 4.00)
- 5 years or more legal work experience.
- Excellent ability to communicate in English, both oral and writing.
- Excellent ability to communicate in Bahasa, both oral and writing.
- Ability to work both in a tea and individually.
- An advocate license (having passé the advocate test will also be considered)
