Legal Officer 2009.
Main Responsibility:
Performs legal drafts, legal reviews and legal advices for company purpose. Performs legal research and prepare analyes, summaries and reports as required to complete legal matter and project
Requirements:
- Minimal S1 in Law Degree with business law, private law or international law.
- Minimum 3 – 5 years experiences in oil and gas, engineering company, law firm and handle corporate law, business law, contract law and/or any related law for the business main core
- Knowledge and practical comprehension of legal aspect and legal matter.
- Conceptual and ability in developing legal letter as legal document
- Computer literate and English fluency
