About The Company:
Our client is a international branded cosmetics and perfume distributor, located at Central Jakarta, with below responsibilities and qualifications:
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with director/principle of making forecast, order, promotion plan, and business correspondence (assisted by secretary).
- Related to human resources division/trainer to develop the staffs and also involved in giving material of product knowledge.
- Responsible of 30 staff, include operation manager, supervisor, and beauty consultant located at department stores.
- Responsible for product launching and workshop/gathering.
- Direct report to marketing manager.
Qualification of Successful Candidate:
- Female, maximum age 32.
- Bachelor Degree.
- Excellent skill in English, both oral and written
- Strong skill in negotiation, leadership and creativity
- Flexible in working as a team and individual
- Minimum 3 years working experience in consumer goods industry and/or marketing.
- Able to work under pressure
