HR ASSISTANT
OBJECTIVE
Assist HR Executive in performing day to day HR practice such as recruitment, personnel administration, and industrial relation in order to support the business operations within the organization.
REQUIREMENT
- Male
- Min. Bachelor Degree from reputable university
- 1-2 years experience in similar functions, preferably from multinational company or fresh graduate from reputable university with high level of potency
- Having knowledge of all Human Resources aspects of Recruitment, Human Resources Information System, Personnel
Administration and Industrial Relations.
- High initiative, proactive and able to work with minimum supervision
- Good command in English both spoken and written
- Good communication skill
- Good interpersonal skill
- Computer literate
