1.Acc & Fin Senior Staff
2.Acc & Fin Junior Staff
3.Sea Freight Assistant Manager
4.Personal Assistant to Country Manager
5.Customer Service Assistant
-Male/Female, max age 35 years old, min S1 (1,3,4,5)
-Male/Female, max age 30, min S1 (2)
-English is mandatory
-Familiar with Office Operating System
-Broad knowledge about Tax & Finance Administration ability (1,2)
-Have extensive Ocean Freight Forwarding & Managerial exp (3)
-Product knowledge on different trade lanes (Asia, US, Europe) (3,5)
-Air & Ocean Freight product knowledge and relationship with Air/Sea Lines (5)
-Has good relationships with shipping line and communicate effectively with the authority and customs (3)
-Strong administration skills and exp in forwarding company (4,5)
-Previous ex as customer service in forwarding company will be added advantage (4,5)
-Self motivated with a can do attitude and enjoy working autonomously but with a strong team focus.
