GAC Samudera Logistics is a multinational company specializing in supply chain management and logistics solutions. Based in Cikarang, we operate one of Indonesia’s most advanced and modern Distribution Centers. We are inviting qualified energetic individuals for the following positions:
HR Manager (HRM)
Responsibilities:
-Planning, organizing, developing and standardizing HR policies and procedures
-Handling staff recruitment, training and development and performance management in an efficient and cost effective manner
-Handling disciplinary matters and HR legal issues
-Responsible for developing and maintaining internal communications
-Coordinating the company appraisal
-Work closely with managers across the business to understand their resource requirements
Senior Inventory Controller (SIC)
Responsibilities
-Organizing daily cycle count and periodic stock take
-Maintaining stock accuracy
-Reporting and conducting discrepancy investigation
-Reviewing and updating the ABC classification on regular basis
-Handling periodic reconciliation
-Pick slot planning, implementation and review
-Managing and controlling damaged product
-Handling write off process and disposal
Requirements
-Min Bachelor Degree in related field (HRM/SIC)
-Min 2 years of exp as Assistant HR manager in MNC (HRM)
-Working exp in multiple systems, preferably WMS (SIC)
-Good understanding of HRIS, payroll and prevailing labor law (HRM)
-Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with people at all levels (HRM)
-Meticulous, responsible, initiative & Committed individuals, and able to work under pressure (HRM/SIC)
-Good analytical skills (SIC)
-Good written and spoken English is a must (HRM/SIC)
-Must be willing to travel.
