Position: Account Executive
Description:
We are actively seeking a highly motivated account executive who wants to join a dynamic growing company. A position is currently available for a results-oriented individual who will focus directly on the tremendous opportunities in HR. This Account Executive will be a key player and contribute to the overall success of business development at Red Piramid. We are looking for an aggressive, motivated, professional account executive to approach clients. This person must possess strong consultative, proven strategic marketing abilities and be able to interact with HR Manager, HR Director and even CEO.
Job Description :
This Account Executive will approach clients through brochures, telephone calls and personal visits.
Key Responsibilities :
- Developing and qualifying leads
- Phone prospecting
- Setting up appointments
- Obtaining needs and business objectives
- Preparing and presenting business proposals
- Closing deals
Requirements :
- Female
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 years sales and marketing experience preferably in Service
- Ability to work both independently and as a team player
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with quotas and goals
- Solution Selling experience a plus
Primary Basic Function and Responsibility
- To recruit clients for consulting, classes, seminars, etc.
- Develop and maintain close relations with local business community in order to fulfill client’s needs more effectively.
- Promote services through conventions, trade shows, public relations, etc.
- Be familiar with all seminars, services, applications, and instructors in order to discuss and explain materials to prospective clients.
- Telemarketing services to potential clients and assist in coordination and implementation of telemarketing activities by contracting companies.
- Visit potential clients and explain our services.
- Provide discussion with and feedback to clients.
- Work with others to develop promotion product(s), newsletter, advertising materials, etc.
- Assist in the screening of potential instructors.
