General pre-requisite: in University degree majoring in Accounting, Finance, Business, Management, Economics, HRM, Psychology, Engineering from reputable overseas and local universities, with min GPA 3.00 or Credit/Distinction grades (for Senior Consultant and Junior Assistant position).
Fluency in English is mandatory both verbal and written. You should have strong analytical and structured thinking, proven experience in developing report and exposures in actively contributing to our leading and managing teams. Transaction Advisory Services (TAS)
Our professional services include: Lead Advisory, Merger and Acquisition, Transaction Support and Due Diligence, Valuation and Business Modeling, Project Finance and PPP Advisory and Corporate and Debt Restructuring.

Specific pre-requisite
SM-TAS and MGR_TAS
- Min 3 years of experience in similar role /position in Big 4 Firms and/or in the financial services and capital market sector, such as corporate finance consulting, corporate banking, investment bank and securities brokerage, private equity firms, hedge funds and managed funds.
- Professional qualifications such as CFA, FRM, ASIA, CPA
- Min 2 years of experience , preferably with the Big 4 Firms, Corporate Finance Consulting and/or the financial services industry.
- Experience as Junior Auditor, Research Analyst, and/or completion of CFA level 1 or 2 examinations would be highly regarded.
Business advisory Services (BAS)

Specific industry : General Mining including coal, oil and gas, E & P, and Public Services
Specific pre-requisite
MGR-BAS
- Minimum 5 years of experience as project manager or team leader in international Management Consulting or major Business Advisory firms. Having combined skills and knowledge in operations strategy, business process , related information technology and change management.
- Professional qualifications in project management, human resource, finance and supply chain such as PMP, CPIM, CHRP,CFA and SCE will be advantageous.
SC-BAS and JA-BAS.
- Must have min 1-4 years of experience, preferably in International Management Consulting or major Business Advisory firms.
- Experienced in industry research and analysis and have been involved in several projects/assignments that bring workable and valuable solutions.
- Experience as Junior Consultant, Research Analyst and/or completion of relevant consulting professional certification will be advantageous.
Tax Services (TAX)
Our professional services include: Business Tax Advisory and Compliance, Human Capital, Indirect Tax, International Tax Services ,Transaction Tax and TARAS.

- Min 5 years of experience as project manager or team leader in tax consultant and/or industries in tax area.
- Having Brevet C is preferable.

- Must have min 2-3 years of experience in tax consultant, public accounting firm and/or industries in tax area.
- Having Brevet B is preferable.
