HRD Supervisor
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Psychology from reputable university with GPA min. 3.00
- Male or Female 27-35 years old
- Min 2 years experience in HR: organization development, recruitment, training and development, industrial relation, etc.
- Familiar with HR system & development.
- Proficient in English and computer literate.
- Able to work indepedent or as a team
- Pleasant personality, energetic & high motivated
- Having good logic & strong analytical ability, Strong interpersonal skill & strong communication skill
- Able to work in Pulomas area
