PT. CHOICE MANAGEMENT CONSULTANTS, one of the growing management consultants in Jakarta , is currently seeking talented, self-starter individuals to join our business units’ team:
(1) Junior Recruiter / Recruitment Consultant (Code : JRC)
Qualifications:
Hold min D3 degree graduated in any discipline
Minimum 1 years working experience in Human Resources Management
Area, including in Recruitment activity
(2) Senior Recruiter / Recruitment Consultant (Code : SRC)
Qualifications:
Hold min D3 degree graduated in any discipline
Minimum 4 years working experiences in Human Resources Management area and have consultancy management background, including in Recruitment activity
Working experience in HR Consulting Firm/Recruitment Agency is preferable
Other Requirements:
Must be well-versed in Labor Laws and Regulations (2)
Strong communication both in oral and written in English (1 & 2)
Good interpersonal skills with all position levels (1 & 2)
Computer literate especially in MS Office (1 & 2)
Strong organizational and management skills (1 & 2)
Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, interpersonal skills and
effective communication skills (1 & 2)
Ability to function well under pressure and minimum supervision (1& 2)
