HC Performance Manager (Code:HCP-1002)
Driving and monitoring the performance management process across the firm, leading improvement on performance management system and development projects
Conducting projects on Code of Conduct and Coaching initiatives based on the Form and Human Capital Strategy
HC Talent Manager (Code:HCT-1002)
Driving and monitoring talent management initiatives and projects i.e graduates recruitment, talent mapping , global mobility
Actively involved in developing new talent management projects based on the Firm and Human Capital strategy.

Qualifications
-Bachelor Degree in Management/Psychology/Business or equivalent
-At least 5 – 8 years of relevant experience in Human Resources areas mentioned above, preferably in a multinational company
-Strong exposure and sound knowledge in performance or talent management, compensation and benefits, organization development, competency based human capital strategy
-Strong project management, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
-Ability to work in teams or independently with min supervision and to manage multitasks
-Proficient in English and Indonesia, both oral and written
