In gearing up for long term business expansion, we seek talented, motivated and competent individuals to join our Team as CONSULTANT in this following positions:
PROCESS CONSULTANCY
(Based in Singapore on yearly renewable contract)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct process consulting on “as is” and “should be” maps
- Identify key process performance indicators and service standards
- Conduct analysis on customer segments , gaps and root causes
- Conduct process blue printing workshops
- Establish & conduct focus group interviews and submit findings /recommendations to clients.
MEASUREMENT CONSULTANCY
(Based in Singapore on yearly renewable contract)
Responsibilities:
- Develop service measurement & tracking tools
- Establish performance indicators, tracking systems
- Develop & conduct service and organization related surveys
- Established analysis & findings and recommendations to clients
- Establish & conduct focus group interviews and submit findings /recommendations to clients.
Job Specific Requirements:
- Male/female, age minimum 30 years old
- Min S1 degree, preferably S2 from reputable university
- Minimum have 5 years experience in consulting firm
- Able to work independently or with teamwork, with a strong CAN DO attitude
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Good presentation skill
- Must be willing to be based in Singapore and may conduct assignments in weekends
