We are a consulting company specialized in Productivity and Quality Management, seeking for highly qualified Secretary to handle all general secretarial work and administration functions for Supporting Office. The incumbent will report to Operational Director.
SECRETARY
The candidates should fulfill the following requirements:
* Age 30-35 years old
* Has Diploma degree from reputable Secretarial Academy
* Minimum 5 years professional experience as Secretary
* Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point)
* Fluent in English both oral & written
* Active, good communication skill, self motivated, dynamic and willing to work under pressure
