Position : Senior Recruitment Staff
Educational Background : Bachelor degree in Psychology or Human Resources Management from reputable university. Minimum GPA 3.0
Professional Experience : Preferably with more than 2 years experience in human resources area (experienced in Recruitment will be an advantage)
General Requirement :
· Proficient in English both spoken and written
· Strong personal and interpersonal skills and experienced of working with multicultural workforce.
· Able to work under challenging and demanding circumstances with a sense of urgency and high tolerance for pressure.
· Highly motivated to learn new things and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
· Willing to travel out of town
· Proven track record in Employee Relation
· Excellent communication skills; able to work with a team & cheerful
