GM OPERATIONAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Plans, directs and evaluates the effectiveness of Helpdesk and Desktop Management services activities and coordinates customer service programs within the framework of established policies
SALES MANAGER
Responsible for sales of company products and/or services by maintaining close and productive relationship with customers and potential customers besides executing marketing programs
MARKETING MANAGER
Researches, analyzes and develops programs to retain and expand existing company relationships for one or more products lines or market segments and to solicit new business from prospective customers
FINANCE MANAGER
Supports sales and marketing function by providing timely, accurate and insightful pricing strategy and business financial performance analysis
HUMAN RESOURCE SPECIALIST
Analyze and develop human resource programs and activities such as recruitment and selection, compensation and benefit, employee services, manpower planning, performance management , industrial relation, also regulatory compliance
MARKETING COMMUNICATION SPECIALIST
Implements and develops a variety of marketing communication initiatives and activities to build and strengthen the company’s brand identity and coordinate its message across al channels
ACCOUNTANT
Maintains accounts and prepares financial statements and budget. Manages projects, inventory control and verification process. Ensures availability of accurate accounting information for management’s reference
SAP CROSS FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT
Execute and deliver Sap solutions though process design and configuration that meet defined business objectives and requirements. Collaborate with other IT colleagues, team members and cross functional team in application design, development, integration , testing and deployment o SAP solutions
JAVA DEVELOPER
Analyze, designs and develops application in order to meet user requirements using Java based programming languages
JUNIOR DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR
Provides second level support for all database and storage, also responsible for the environmental aspects of the database
JUNIOR TEST ENGINEER
Develop and execute thorough performance test plans in a timely and efficient manner for all areas of the product, as well as analyze complex production performance metrics to create accurate test models
SYSTEM ANALYST
Defines use case and class models. Analyzes and documents business process and user requirements using established use case and class models
JUNIOR NETWORK ENGINEER
Performs analysis of systems involving integration of hardware and software on LANS/WANS and user network application on distribution systems conforming to company standards
JUNIOR SYSTEM ENGINEER
Supports and maintains software applications to ensure timely access to accurate, real time data. Provide application support and issue resolution of development and test environments.
IT POLICY AND PROCEDURE OFFICER
Responsible for creating, maintaining and improving the documentation of IT policy and Procedure.
