Customer Service Officer/Manager
- 1 to 3 years customer service experience in banking or financial sectors
- Be polite and patient with good telephone manner
- Basic computer applications knowledge and numerical sensitive
- Day –to-day and Mandarin Communication skill
- Willing to work over time, shift duty and independently
- Preference will be given to those who has dealing experience in the financial industry
Technical Support
- 2 to 3 years PC support experience in a sizeable company
- Knowledge and practical experience in MS Windows platforms (including Windows XP, Vista and 2003 Server ) as well as file & print server administration
- Basic knowledge in networking and support internet users
- MCSE and other IT Certificates are advantages
- Willing to work over time, shift duty and independently
- Day-to day English and Mandarin communication skill
