Requirements:
-Male / Female, maximum 35 years old
-Hold S1 degree major in Psychology, Statistic, Business and Management. Master degree will be preferred
-Minimum 3 years experience in related field
-Able to design, implement, maintain, and enhance HR system and policy
-Fluency in English both oral and written
-Good computer literacy
-Good analytical thinking and sense of curiosity
-Dynamic, active, enthusiastic and hard worker
-Willing to travel to our branches for several assignments
