IT ENGINEER
Basic Requirements:
* Male / Female, age below 30 years old
* Graduate from reputable university, majoring in computer science
* At least 3 years experience in supporting corporate ICT system
* Smart worker, self starter, able to work independently but not afraid to ask help
* Fluent in English, oral and written
* Willing to travel around country for sites installation/support
Required Skills :
1. Hands on experience in Microsoft Windows Server 2003 environment
• Instalation
• System administration
• Isa, exchange server maintenance
• Back up system
• Corporate virus protection
2. Experience with trouble shooting LAN/WAN connection problems
3. Giving first-hand help desk support for following applications
• Windows XP Professional environment
• Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
Preferably skills :
1. Hands on experience with
• SQL Server
• Scripting (WSH/VBS) for auto configuration
• WSUS
• Oracle database
• Progress database
• CAD application
2. Experience in developing small software using access/Visual Basic/Visual C++
3. Able to support operation of following supporting systems
• PABX (Panasonic)
• Fax system
• Attendance and access control system
• Document scanning device
• Photo copy machine
4. Able to setup and maintain operation of Cisco routers (VPN,PIX)
